DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This Agreement has been prepared pursuant to the Regulation on Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of Distance Contracts, published in the Republic of Türkiye Official Gazette dated 13 June 2003, No. 25137, which mandates that a contract be established for all sales conducted over the internet. The terms and conditions are set forth below.
ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT
The subject of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose specifications and sales price are stated herein, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of Distance Contracts, sold by the SELLER to the BUYER.
ARTICLE 2 – PARTY INFORMATION

2.2 – Buyer Information
The individual or entity using the website www.keinspace.com as a customer.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
This article covers the type, quantity, brand/model, color, unit count, sales price, payment method, and all other details pertaining to the goods/products/services at the time the order is finalized.
ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 – The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and are fully informed about all preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the product(s) listed in Article 3, the sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions, and has confirmed this electronically.
4.2 – The product(s) shall be delivered to the BUYER or to the designated recipient at the specified address within the timeframe stated in the preliminary information, provided the statutory maximum of 30 days is not exceeded. This period may be extended by up to 10 additional days, subject to prior notification to the BUYER.
4.3 – KEIN SPACE MEDYA TİCARET SANAYİ LTD. ŞTİ. shall not be held responsible if the designated recipient refuses to accept delivery of the product(s).
4.4 – KEIN SPACE MEDYA TİCARET SANAYİ LTD. ŞTİ. is responsible for delivering the product(s) in an intact, complete condition that conforms to the ordered specifications, together with any applicable warranty documents and user manuals.
4.5 – Full payment of the product price via the BUYER's chosen payment method is a prerequisite for shipment. Should the payment fail to be processed or be cancelled by the relevant bank for any reason, KEIN SPACE MEDYA TİCARET SANAYİ LTD. ŞTİ. shall be released from its delivery obligations.
4.6 – If, after delivery, the relevant bank or financial institution fails to remit payment to KEIN SPACE MEDYA TİCARET SANAYİ LTD. ŞTİ. due to unauthorised or unlawful use of the BUYER's credit card through no fault of the BUYER, the product must be returned within 3 days of delivery. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the BUYER.
4.7 – In the event that KEIN SPACE MEDYA TİCARET SANAYİ LTD. ŞTİ. is unable to deliver the product within the agreed timeframe due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as severe weather or transportation disruptions, the BUYER shall be notified promptly. The BUYER may then choose to: (i) cancel the order, (ii) request a substitute equivalent product, or (iii) postpone delivery until the obstacle is resolved. Upon cancellation, the full amount paid shall be refunded within 10 days.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the product(s) to themselves or to the designated recipient. To exercise this right, the BUYER must notify KEIN SPACE MEDYA TİCARET SANAYİ LTD. ŞTİ. via email or telephone within this period, and the product must be unused at the time of return. The BUYER must return the original invoice along with a copy of the return shipping receipt. The product price shall be refunded within 10 days of receipt of these documents. VAT and other applicable charges cannot be refunded without the original invoice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured or personalised in accordance with the consumer's specific requests, products that deteriorate rapidly or have an expiry date, or products that have been altered or added to at the consumer's request.
Where payment is made by credit card or a similar payment instrument, the consumer may request cancellation of the transaction on the grounds that the card was used without their consent or unlawfully. In such a case, the card-issuing institution shall refund the full payment amount to the consumer within 10 days of being notified of the dispute.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS DURING PROMOTIONAL PERIODS
Returns of orders placed during promotional campaigns must be carried out in accordance with the applicable campaign terms.
- For orders placed during campaigns involving discount codes, bundled gifts, or similar promotions, a refund will only be processed once all items included in the order have been returned to the SELLER. Partial refunds will not be issued until the complete order has been received.
- Complimentary (gift) items provided by the SELLER as part of a promotion are not eligible for monetary refunds, even if returned by the BUYER.
- If a product ordered as part of a promotion is found to be defective, a like-for-like exchange may be arranged.
Orders will be prepared according to the delivery method selected at checkout. Confirmed orders will be dispatched to the courier within a maximum of 3 (three) business days.
JURISDICTION
For any disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees (up to the threshold value declared by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Trade) and Consumer Courts located in the domicile of KEIN SPACE MEDYA TİCARET SANAYİ LTD. ŞTİ. shall have jurisdiction.
By completing an order on keinspace.com, the BUYER is deemed to have read and accepted all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
